If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item in accordance with UK consumer law.
- Return Period: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including wig nets and tags).
- Hygiene Notice: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of wigs that have been worn, styled, or removed from their lace/seal.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

When not in use, store your wig on a stand or mannequin head to maintain its shape. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat.
5. Night Care
Never sleep or shower with your wig on. Wrap it in a silk or satin scarf to reduce friction and tangling.
