At Cluxe Hair, we take pride in offering luxury, ready-to-wear wigs and extensions made from 100% human hair. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in their original packaging (lace intact, no customization, tags attached).

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, any wig that has been worn, styled, or altered cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order wigs

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards and digital services

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at infos@chekinahluxehair.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  4. Please use a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return of your package.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another item, please return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.
